1. Overview Welcome to the Sunset Detour Official Merch Store, operated by us — the band behind the music. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Sunset Detour. Our online store is powered by Shopify, helping us bring our merch directly to you. By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Using Our Store To shop with us, you must be of legal age in your country or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate info at checkout and keep your login details safe. You may not share or sell your account.
3. Our Products We’ve done our best to represent our products truthfully — but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Orders & Payment When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. Please double-check your info — cancellations may not be possible after an order is placed. Prices shown exclude taxes, customs duties, and shipping (unless otherwise stated). We accept most major payment methods via Shopify’s secure checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery We use Printful for order fulfillment. Shipping times and costs vary by location. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility shifts to you. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds We follow EU law and accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-custom products. Products must be unused and in original condition. You’ll need to cover return shipping. For full details, read our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, images and content on our site belong to Sunset Detour or our partners. You may not copy, reuse or distribute our content without permission.
